Fees
The complexity of each patient's individual problem determines the charge for office visits, diagnostic testing, and surgery. All fees are based upon Medicare-allowable values. After you have met your deductible, The Retina Institute of Florida voluntarily accepts Medicare assignment plus your supplemental insurance coverage as payment in full. We also participate in most private insurance programs (such as Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Florida Health Choice, etc.).

An estimate of charges for any procedure will be supplied upon request. Please do not hesitate to ask questions regarding fees or your account. We are concerned with medical costs and appreciate your suggestions. Further, it is our policy that no patient will be denied prompt and appropriate treatment due to financial considerations. Our Accounts Manager will be happy to assist you in any way possible, including application for benefits for which you may qualify.
