Telephone Calls
Please feel free to call the office if you have any questions regarding medications, treatment, problems, or accounts. Our technical and business staff is trained to answer your questions and arrange for prescription refills. If they cannot immediately answer your question, your call will be returned as soon as the doctor is consulted. If you have a sudden loss of vision, severe pain, or other change in your vision, please indicate this to the Receptionist to assist our staff in determining whether you need to be seen on an emergency basis.

If the question requires that you speak to your physician personally, he will return your call at the end of the working day. This policy allows us to offer all patients the courtesy of an office visit with the fewest possible interruptions. If you have a friend or relative who would like to speak to your physician regarding your condition and who has your permission to do so, please have them contact us during regular business hours, when your records will be available to your doctor. This will make the discussion more meaningful and complete than if the call is made during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
